Online Repair Request Instructions:

Please fill out this form completely and submit your request. Incomplete forms will be rejected.

If you have an After Business Hours Maintenance EMERGENCY (ie. water/gas leak, fire, lack of heat, lock out) you may call (530) 899-2296 for assistance.

Lock out assistance will result in a $50.00 minimum charge to your account.

    * You must provide at least two photos of the issue. Please limit these photos to 10MB total and .jpg format or the repair request form may fail.



    ENTRY AUTHORIZATION

    Clicking the submit button on this form gives permission for our maintenance personnel to enter your rental unit. Our maintenance personnel will respond as soon as possible. Depending on the severity of the problem, we usually respond within 24 business hours of the date the request is submitted. We will stop by Monday - Friday during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If no one is home at that time we will use a key to enter and repair the problem. If your issues have not been resolved within 4 business days, please call our office so that we can confirm that the request has been received.
