Thank you for your interest in our properties. Apply today for June ’23.

To reserve the property of choice, your group will need to do the following:

  1. Each roommate complete the online application process and submit it to our office with payment for first months rent and security deposit listed. Once this deposit is paid, it is non-refundable if your group backs out, so please make sure everyone is in agreement with this housing choice.
  2. Each tenant is required to have a cosigner. Each cosigner will need to complete online application process and provide a copy of their ID. All applications are done via our online portal. Cosigners can navigate to the chosen rental on our rental properties page and click the “apply” button found in the proper rental listing to begin the application process.

Things you should know…..

We cannot accept cash payments. So please please bring a cashier’s check made payable to Chico Sierra Real Estate Mgt. Inc.

The reservation deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if your group backs out, so please make sure everyone is in agreement with the housing choice before paying and signing. Otherwise, they are applied towards your move in balance.

Beginning with your 2nd month of the lease, your rent payments will be electronically withdrawn from an account that you will need to set up. An EFT Agreement is required for you to review and submit before move in.
